Guided self-help (ENGLISH)
It can be overwhelming to understand how you are feeling and how to manage it. At Solace, we have recorded videos about various topics, such as stress, sleep and pain, to help you understand what you’re going through and to develop skills and strategies to deal with these difficult experiences.
Below, you will find eight statements. When you click on a statement that you feel relates to your struggles, a paragraph will appear below suggesting specific videos we have available for you to watch that explore and discuss that topic.
After you have watched a few videos, we recommend that you visit our video directory page where you will find more helpful videos on understanding and coping with different mental health and wellbeing difficulties. Click here to visit the directory.
