We obtain this information in different ways, sometimes from you as we work with you, or often from the person who referred you or from another organisation who is helping you. Your privacy is very important and are committed to keeping your personal information safe.

• It is necessary to protect you or someone else from harm, or
• We are required to do so by law

We take appropriate steps to ensure your information is kept secure and only retained for as long as necessary.
