Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) (Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT)
This tapping technique involves tapping on specific points on your body and face.to address distressing thoughts, feelings or body sensations. TTT involves simply thinking about the issues, while EFT includes words. It is best to begin with some belly breaths, go through the process, then take a few another breaths and repeat it a second time or as often as needed.
