A warm welcome!
A warm welcome! This course is developed by Solace: Surviving Exile and Persecution — a specialist mental health service for refugees and asylum seekers based in Yorkshire and the Humber.
This course is designed for people who organise or deliver mental health and wellbeing services to refugees and asylum seekers, whether in the NHS, local authority services, or the voluntary sector. It is the second in our series of two e-learning courses.
If you are new to this area of work and do not yet have a foundation-level understanding of the asylum context and its implications for mental health, we recommend completing Course 1 – Understanding Refugee and Asylum Seeker Mental Health and Wellbeing – before starting this course.
